YC Khor Chambers ("We" or "us" or "our" or “the Firm” or “YCKC”) is committed to protecting the personal data, provided by the reader ("you" or "your"), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"). This Policy (which may be amended or updated by us from time to time) explains our practices regarding the personal data we collect from you and the principles which will apply to our processing and disclosure of the personal data in accordance with the law.

Personal Data” means information about you which you have provided to YCKC, for instance, your name, address, telephone number, NRIC number, email address, your personal preferences, particulars of your spouse or family members and bank account information and any information which may identify you, your spouse or family members that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by YCKC from time to time.
